A preliminary to the Miss Volunteer America Pageant & Miss Teen Volunteer America, the Miss Pennsylvania Volunteer Pageant offers young women opportunities to further their education, present themselves professionally, and support their personal platforms. Our titleholders travel across the state supporting their community initiatives, performing, speaking, and furthering our organization's mission of empowering young women.
