Caroline Jones

Caroline Jones has been involved in pageantry for over 12 years, and she served as the inaugural Miss Pennsylvania Volunteer 2022! She is proud to be part of the Miss Pennsylvania Volunteer Board member, serving as the Director of Marketing & Social Media. Caroline also serves as the President’s Volunteer Service Award coordinator at Miss Volunteer America.

Caroline works in the financial industry. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from King’s College, a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania.

Outside of her career, she is the author/co-author of four children’s books, a TEDx speaker, and a leadership & organizational coach. Caroline resides in Philadelphia with her husband and their two cats.
